Refund/Exchange Policy
Do You Want to Exchange or Return a Product?
At Jersey Kicks, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we offer exchanges within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Exchange:
The product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The product does not match the original order, or is not the item you actually purchased.
If you face any of the above issues, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by messaging us on WhatsApp or messaging us on Instagram (@jersey._kicks).
We assess each case individually and will try our best to resolve your issue fairly.
📸 Important:
If your item is damaged or defective, please send clear photographic evidence via Instagram or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. Claims without visual proof cannot be processed.
🚫 Exchange Not Accepted If:
The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
The item has been used, worn, or washed.
The product has been tampered with.
The issue is due to size selection error by the customer.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.
🔁 How to Exchange:
Ship the item back to our warehouse (address will be provided via DM).
Notify us once you have dispatched it.
After inspection and approval, we will ship the replacement item to your address.
💡 Note: Size exchanges or customer errors are not covered by us, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs in such cases. As we operate on marginal profits, covering these costs is not feasible for us.
Jersey Kicks doesn’t provide any sort of Refund.
